Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@milena-amsterdam.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can address the issue promptly.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
